Horrible login issues
I recently switched to MCU from a big bank. I love the bank and my new accounts, but I can’t stand the app. It refuses to remember me and allow me to use Face ID to log in. Sometimes it will remember me for a few logins, but eventually, it starts over as if I’m logging in for the first time. I do a lot of mobile banking and sign in multiple times a day. This issue is extremely frustrating, and I really hope it gets fixed soon!

Issues with app
I have the username button switched on , yet I have to repeatedly reinsert my username . Kind of annoying when ever I just need to login to transfer money or something. Also the Face ID on a regular basis asks me to reconfirm that I want to use Face ID on this device. And yes I have been using same device for as long as I used this app.

IOS Update Killed e-Deposits
With IOS 14.6, the app no longer allows you to talk a picture of your check to do an e-Deposit. Please fix this ASAP. Thanks!
Terrible Product
I have been working from home and doing mobile deposits. I dread every time I have to do it because it takes so long. Main problem is not accepting checks where all info is clear as a bell and it tells me it can’t read the account number. Please improve this App. I do mobile deposits with another bank and it is seamless.

Unable to process check pictures
Tried 9 different times, multiple backgrounds. Have there been ‘improvements’ to the system? This used to work first try. In the time I’ve wasted, I could have driven to a branch.
