I use monument bank as it’s exactly the same as using a normal bank in every way but you earn great interest on the money you have in your account unlike in all the others that give nothing

I am enjoying using the Monument bank savings account. It gives a great rate of interest and movement of money to And from my current account is so easy. And fast, usually taking place within seconds.
Poor value for loyal customers
The app is easy to use, but existing customers are given much lower interest rates than new customers on similar accounts.
This creates a real financial loss over time. When I raised this, the response was generic and did not explain why loyal customers are left behind.
A savings app should reward customers, not penalise them for staying.

Superb app
Monument app is without doubt the easiest smoothest app I’ve ever used managing my money . Result monument are the first interest rates I check when managing my money

I like the Banking App, the only negative being its very hard to work out when you can withdraw any funds outside the penalty period?

Honestly, I wish all baking apps could be this nice to use. So positive, so clear and feels elevated. I wish the interest rates were higher and I had more money but as far as the app goes, bravo!
Can’t set up app
Similar to what another person has described – I already had the app working on my iPhone and previously alongside my older iPad a 2021 model. On setting up my new iPad at 2026 iPad Pro M5 I can only get as far as setting up my pin number once. When I try and set it up to confirm no keypad appears. Hugely frustrating and I have absolutely no idea why this is the case. As I say, I do have an alternative option with my iPhone. Nonetheless – you want to be able to use the application on any device of you’re choosing it is meant to be compatible with and clearly there is some sort of issue with setting up the pin number on a new iPad.

Can’t set a pin
I enter my email address, approve access via my phone then enter my pin. I am then asked to enter my pin again to confirm it but there is no way to renter my pin, the number pad does not appear. I’ve reinstalled the app and restarted my iPad but still no joy.
