Company out of business

Don’t bother with the app, company went out of business and the app no longer works.

Company gone

Sadly don’t expect any help. The company have closed with no word or communication. Very poor. Hope the CEO cries in their Bentley each day.

Loved concept BUT

I loved the concept but where is the company and where is the support?!? I’ve had a few issues and it is IMPOSSIBLE to get support. Right now, I have an issue where remote access is down and I can’t turn it on, so I can only access photos on monument when I’m on the same network, which is frustrating.

I think they’re dead

I have been trying to contact them for almost 2 years. It seems that I wasted not only my money by supporting their so-called Kickstarter projects but also my time. All my pictures now are inaccessible because their server is gone. Terrible service.

A good, but dead, idea

I got the Monument2 device on a kickstarter. Was a great idea that I could use my NAS to upload pics from the devices of my whole family. It worked for a while. I missed the memo that the device was going out of support. The device died silently. Some photos were lost. Back to iCloud or Amazon Photos.

There is no longer any support for the hardware and it appears rhetorical company went to a cloud only model two years ago. Their support site is broken. What a shame. Such a good idea.
