Never again

I was not aware of not being able to access any files on my ibi after the so called august 31 deadline. I should still be able to access these files since I paid money for this now expensive paper weight. Will never by another WD or San disk product as I would be afraid that they will discontinue the item and everything will become useless.

Boo

I’ve had two San Disk items and both have apps that have been discontinued and rendered useless. I’ll never purchase a San Disk item again.

Wish this was still supported

Best way to share photos - download and send a link. Too bad you’re not supporting this anymore. No other program does this. Was super easy and convenient.

Disappointing to see this going away

This is the problem with software / web interface tied hardware. As of today yea I was able to enable my local access but again another product that is having support dropped. Disappointing

Sad to see it will no longer be supported

Very disappointed that the unit will no longer be supported. I replied on using it from anywhere in the world. It really helped Me to offload my photos keeping my phone ready to take more and still access my full library.

Please reconsider!!! Or at least let it still function without any further development for those who used it. 😀
