Surprisingly effective and nicely customizable. Thank you developers!

Science Based Tool That Works!

The articles behind this demonstrate the power of this tool.

Not bad

I’d like it if there was a way to turn off the points that show up after each photo selection. I feel so defeated when I get anything less than a 4 😆

Sessions are too short

Hey guys.
Kudos for the app. Allow members to change the duration of the exercise to look for the positive image.

In my head it’s just easier to do a 5 minute session than to do 3 two minute sessions

Appreciation

It is a fun way to help me remember & appreciate the blessings in my life!! For sure a mood uplifter 😉❤️

Fantastic

Backed empirically and easy to use! Been using every day for about 2 mos now

A simple app based on complex science

I read an article about the underlying methodology of presenting rapid images from which you choose positive or negative stimuli. What seems like an impotent exercise at first has over extended use truly improved my mood and the way I tend to view people and events. Give it a try for two weeks and see if it doesn't have the same effect for you. You certainly don't have anything to lose.

Great app for cognitive modification

I started this app two weeks ago for working on my cognitive bias toward negative thoughts. I feel like it is helping a great deal. I love that I can add my own pictures and text slides and I can re-do the program after I get to 10000 points.

Waste of money

It is a game where you pick the "happy" image out of four. They are all stock images and the "happy" ones are often someone with an obviously fake smile(no smiling eyes). The other images out of the four are always two grumpy people and fast food. The grumpy people are also faking it making really awkward faces that people don't really naturally make. The other reviews are fake. This could not possibly help anyone feel happy. Do not buy.

Excellent!

Research has shown that this attention training can improve anxiety. I'm ecstatic that this paradigm exists outside of a research setting. Thanks mood mint!!

Counselor

Introducing this to clients to practice good mental health ! Provides great education and tools for them to practice positive mental health! I have fun with it too!!

Worth the 1.99$

Amazing app,At the beginning I didn't believe that by tapping a positive picture my anxiety will relieve but it worked!!!

Helpful way to wind down

I have been using Mood Mint as a way to help my brain let go of whatever is rattling around in it before trying to get to sleep. I like being able to customize the pictures in it to include smiling friends or happy pets.

Very helpful

My therapist recommended I focus more on the positive. Shortly after, I discovered this app through a BBC article and have found it to be very helpful in treating my specific social anxieties and depression. I'm on my phone all the time, and this has helped me to get something great out of that time!

Thank you!

Great app

I'm currently working through PTSD and in the past week of using this app I've noticed a more positive outlook on life in general. The best part is, it's a game so I can take the few minuets to boost my mood and play a game. I highly recommend this app to anyone. It's worth the 1.99

Great

Excellent for people with anxiety. Doesn't look so good on an iPad. The images are too small and there's no option for changing the image sizes or screen to fit the iPad.

Great app!

I love this app!

Great

Wonderful app.

A great way to start any day!

I love that I can add my own photos and favorite quotes.

A Lot Of Fun!

Makes you smile. You can see where it's leading you and you're happy to follow.
