Dishonesty, horrid service, poor app layout
Don’t bother with this app. It had the worst experience with this app for its poor layout and the inability to withdrawl all funds as it prevents me from doing it till almost 4 months later. I use Schwab account for years and thought I could open another smaller trading account and it turns out a complete inferior layout as it doesn’t really show you how to make a trade clearly and to make a withdrawal. You had to keep navigating. Forget it. It’s a nightmare app.

Update of previous review
I recently wrote a not so favorable review. It did not post and or shown up as of yet. I will say that after further conversations that they finally agreed to settle the matter as I had requested. Now, would I recommend this app? First, the fact we settled the matter as I requested, goes a long way in speaking of the principles of a company. Furthermore, I believe they are a new company trying their best but are still going through some growing pains. If you can live with some growing pains that come with a new company and want to be part of a start up with potential, go for it. Best of luck to Moola and all its users!

Money writhdraw
They make it hard and complicated to writhdraw your money, I have sold my shares and order has been fulfilled, but when I try to writhdraw it just says $0
Terrible Costumer Service
I sent a request to cancel my account over a week ago. No response yet. Three follow ups and still nothing
No Response to Account Deletion Requests
I have emailed Moolaah multiple times requesting to delete my account and received no response. This is unacceptable for a financial app handling sensitive personal data. Users should be able to easily close their accounts and get confirmation. Until the company provides proper support, I cannot recommend this app.

Good app, major caveats
I really want to like this app, but here’s what’s really bothering me:
1. The total profit displayed in my account does not match the the profit of individual assets added together. In fact, it’s very different. I’m almost getting an impression that the Total Profit number is a few days behind or uses some kind of a flawed formula.
2. I can’t include my apartment number in my address, the app just erases it. This is not good. I need to be able to indicate my full legal address. I’ve contacted support twice about this, nothing gets done about it.
3. The support is not adequate. Never a timely response, you can’t chat with a live person or call anyone. The support bot just basically says “My bad, I wasn’t able to help” and offers to check out “these topics”, and… doesn’t send any topics to check out. For an investment company, you need to do better than that!

Great way to not just begin to invest but become to understand wealth!
At first I wasn’t sure about this app because I had used traditional methods of investing. This however has made me more comfortable about they way I invest my hard earned money and know that even if I don’t invest I am making money with my cash! Jason explains things so well on the videos. I highly recommend starting your way to wealth on Moola!

App Frozen
Can’t find any other way to report this. Just attempted to sign up and the app is frozen. Is this an issue being worked on ?
App keeps freezing
I’ve been in the app for about 2 weeks, I’ve been trying to reach out to support and can’t submit a report for some reason, the app has been freezing on me and doesn’t let me log in, I’ve already tried reinstalling, I’ve invested some money already need some help accessing my account please

This app not letting me have access
Too my account that I sign up last night April 1st 2025 and the account not even letting me log in no more I’m so disappointed in this and waste my money to add in my account if it goes through

App doesn’t work, they keep sending out notifications to complete the sign up process but the app freezes and won’t allow you to complete.

This app seems to have my needs in mind! It helps me make the right decisions at the right time. Also helps me learn out to invest in crypto! I have been scared to try that so far! Very easy to set up! Try it!
