Missing Parts of Order
We ordered lunch yesterday and 2 whole bowl entrees along with 2 appetizers and extra sauces were missing. The toughest part was not being able to speak with someone at Moonbowls to get it rectified. It was delivered by U er Eats. Some of our team received and ate their bowls. I had to get some leftover yogurt for lunch. I’m sure it would have been good but I’m very frustrated and disappointed. The QR code on the receipt was inoperable so there’s that!

Deceiving Rewards
Moonbowls says that they have a rewards program but there’s absolutely no way to access any rewards points or program. This is unprofessional and reflects poorly on the company. The website and the app have no sections for rewards yet they always advertise that they have a rewards program.

All day. Here eagerly awaiting my food to arrive at 9:12 pm which turned into 9:30 which then turned into 9:45 which then turned into 10pm which never showed up. Next thing I know order was cancelled & reimbursed. This after I tried calling 2 times and the call went no where; just disconnected prematurely. Thank you for the “great” customer service moonbowls!!

Amazing food, but…
Why have tipping as an option for pickup? Discourages me from ordering as I worry leaving 0 tip would cause repercussions, and I’m just picking up?
I can order pickup on Uber Eats where tipping is not even an option, so why use the app when I have that option?

Delicious
I love Moon Bowls. They offer delicious vegan options. I’m a little confused as to why chicken is part of the menu, but there are plenty of gluten free plant based options, which is challenging to find. Pick up is easy and convenient. Love their locker pick-up system. My favorite is the spicy bulging with avocado, and of course the pot stick. Trying the spicy cauliflower, Korean bbq, I believe. I’m sure it will hit the spot.
