I got a text that I need to download moonpay from Transak payment in order for me to get the money 9500 that I applied for a loan I don’t remember applying for the loan. Anyway I listen and I did and told me to install my debit card and I did, to my surprise I got tons of charges without my permission and promised for refund after they took all my money. Want me to download PayPal so that they can refund me through PayPal. I said no , if you took out from my bank card you can do refund me through there. I had to close that account. I lost my money It’s a big scam .

Trying to sell and receive my money but the app is asking for personal details such as an Id. The funny thing is that when it was for them to get my money they didn’t ask for anything!

I’ll gladly give a MoonPay 5% instead of allowing the other exchanges to freeze your account for no valid reason. Especially when the end goal is 5000%!!

My experience with this platform was very disappointing. I lost approximately $62,000 in what turned out to be a crypto scam after my account got hacked into . Thankfully, I got back part of my funds. I encourage anyone considering this platform to do thorough research and exercise extreme caution before investing.

The app is horrible
I use Rumble Wallet and this has been a nightmare. Crypto is a complete scam. You have to deposit $20 to get paid out, and the app is not user friendly and “support “ is a joke.

Absolutely dreadful experience
I transferred funds to MoonPay, only to have my account suspended without any warning or explanation. There was nothing in the app to tell me what had happened, so I had to contact support just to find out why I could no longer use my account.
I was eventually told they couldn't provide any further information due to compliance requirements. I understand that compliance checks are necessary, but that doesn't excuse the complete lack of communication. Customers should at least be told what's happening and what they can expect next.
The app itself was rubbish. It gave no indication that my account had been suspended or why I couldn't use it, leaving me to chase support for answers.
Customer support was equally poor. Responses were slow, generic and didn't answer my questions.

If I could give zero stars I would without a doubt. I’ve had the worst experience with trying to buy and transfer crypto through this app. $150 worth of my hard earned money was in limbo for 3 days as I tried to navigate their abysmal support system. You will not speak with a human representative. You will have to solve your problem with AI. I ended up resolving the issue but I recommend cashapp for your bitcoin transfer needs. I absolutely will never redownload and use this app.
