Poor customer service

I only gave 2 stars because the 1st few months went ok. Then my account was restricted for an unknown reason. I requested a review only to be told a violation of ToS!? What does that mean? How can someone violate the ToS when you simply buy BTC and then transfer it to a wallet? I used Exodus. That’s not fraudulent nor uncommon. I would not recommend to anyone to waste their time with Moonpay. From reading the other reviews it is common for them to shut you down without explanation or warning.

Worst App Ever!

I have over $8100 available, and the app keeps sending emails saying funds are available “come back” and start purchasing BTC. However, it won't let me access the funds I added over 2 weeks ago. Lamest app on the internet!
