Brilliant when it works
I love Moonpig cards. They’re something special and really show you’ve taken time to make a card for someone. It’s the grown up equivalent of making one from a cornflakes box, seashells, and an old photo. What is frustrating is when the App won’t let you check out your creation and you have to start again from scratch in the web version… That doesn’t happen all the time but it does happen…

Let down by poor customer service
I contacted customer service because the AI couldn't help find a postcard templates we'd used before. Generic cut and paste responses that more or less said tough luck, suck it up. Didn't get reminders for Moonpig plus renewal either and they've removed postcard templates we used to use. The service levels are slipping- can't recommend!

The best
I love you moon pig. Always can rely on you guys to send the cards . Ordered a card and present for my sister because she passed her GCSES with flying colours so wanted to send a little summon and it literally came the next day she was so happy and sent me a lovely text. I used another company before but I tried this one and won’t use anyone else now but you guys keep up the good work. And it’s not even expensive depends what u get of course but cheaper really than shops. ;)

Disappointed
Sadly sent a card to Spain for a friends special 60 as a surprise didn’t arrive contact moonpig sent another free of charge didn’t arrive either very disappointed that I missed a special occasion. And neither ever turned up

Never ever let me down ,been using for years , if it a card or if it a gift all arrived on the day that been specified .
Not arrived
Ordered a card on 19th not arrived for anniversary on 22nd. Why advertise next day delivery if can’t make it happen. Amazon manage to deliver on the same day. Not exactly a cheap card. Won’t use again.
