Anniversary card
It arrived very bent, very disappointing as not happened before. It is for my daughters 1st wedding anniversary as a keepsake but looks very creased at the top where was bent in post?
Delivery very poor
I ordered a lovely card and a bunch of flowers from Moonpig. The card was delivered by Royal Mail with no problems. The flowers were delivered by DPD and I use the term delivered loosely, the delivery person couldn’t be bothered to walk the twenty paces to my front door to deliver the flowers, instead they chose to lift the lid to my dustbin, put the flowers on top of my rubbish bags and close the lid. I will not be ordering any extras from Moonpig from now on.

Great service, but…
Great to be able to send cards and gifts to Oz from UK. However very frustrating that I couldn’t add two gifts with the card without one of the gifts being sent in a separate delivery (with extra delivery charge @ 17 Aussie dollars).
I tried every combination to be able to send chocs and biscuits with a card and no option worked.
Very frustrating as receiving a gift in two deliveries does not feel special.
Sort this, and your service is great!

After ordering 4 cards to get a discount the dam site wiped them all away , chatting with bot couldn’t do anything to resolve the problem, had to wait 24 hours , for a real person, by then I’d forgotten what special words I’d written on the said cards , was told to reorder and they wouldn’t give money back , not seen that , so started again with another 4 cards now they will all get them I hope . Still waiting for my money back , quick to take it but not to return it ,, last time I use this site

Unacceptable delivery
I ordered some flowers and a card to be delivered to a very unwell friend. The DPD driver got to the end of her road, saw the road closed sign (diversion around the back) but just left the parcel on the pavement a 100 metres away on a busy road, sent me a photo and said it had been left in the porch! Dreadful service.

Late card
I ordered a birthday card well in advance for the 16 July, almost a week before the card was due to be delivered. They received it on the 20th. Very disappointed…..
