A lot of people create fake coins and once they get enough people to invest they pull leaving the investors with nothing. You can’t cash out unless you have $25 or more so basically you lost your remaining balance.

Why can I add but never withdrawl money? This is a SCAM! It always declines but the app takes 50 Cent every time I try to withdrwal and it do t work.!

Fake login alerts
I never even heard or signed up for this app before I started getting fake alerts from Moonshot about random login attempts at different areas around the world.
Again, I NEVER had an account with Moonshot. Something is definitely suspicious behavior from this program.

Garbage and Not Secure
This app is total garbage. Easily hacked. Never lost any crypto until i used this terrible company. Thankfully it was less than $1000. But even so horrible company and lack of any support.
Buggy
Uploaded several utility documents to verify my address. Nothing works. Has my name on it. Tried to deposit and I get a blank screen.

I couldn’t even verify my card even though it was the right number each time I put it in then when I contacted support(showed them screenshots too) they said “looks like you’re doing everything right” and they just gave me a link to support which was a complete waste of time and I NEVER got my refund back. Also I this app just refused to give you a refund if you try making a deposit and it “didn’t process though”.
