User reviews

Too expensive

A wonderful idea hidden behind unreasonable pricing it’s 3 day free trial doesn’t justify 80 for the year

No sample use

The program does not allow sample use.

not worth it

you have to pay to use most of the app it if they made a free version with more freedom i would probably use it all the time

One on one is better

The council is good, but chatting to them one on is much better! I have been using it as a business coach and it’s great.

Okay But Needs Work

There are three main things holding this app back:
1. Hallucinations/Wrong Details: The debate council hallucinates or gets things wrong ALOT. For instance: I recently asked it about a ongoing issue with a friend, and the council repeatedly stated that the friend felt uncomfortable and would have said a certain phrase if they felt that way, despite me a) never stating that the friend felt uncomfortable and b) stating that the friend stated they felt could not say that certain phrase.
2. The Inquisitor is the Worst: Before the debate, a character known as the Inquisitor is supposed to ask for further details for the council, but it just ends up asking questions that have already been clarified in the original text, causing the council to overvalue those pieces of evidence and completely ignore some evidence that’s in the original text.
3. The Price: I would consider paying the subscription price if the above two issues were fixed, but with those issues present currently, it’s not worth the cost.

How does the AI debate feature work?

When you pose a question or dilemma, five expert AI personas—The General, The Sage, The Skeptic, The Diplomat, and The Architect—engage in a debate. They challenge each other, synthesize ideas, and cast votes to provide a comprehensive exploration of your options.

Is Moot free to use?

What kind of decisions can Moot help with?

Moot is designed to assist with a wide range of decisions, including career choices, relationship dilemmas, starting a business, handling conflict, improving habits, and ethical or moral quandaries. It's useful for any situation where you feel stuck or unsure.

How can I manage my subscription?

You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by navigating to your account settings on the App Store after your purchase. It's important to cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period to avoid renewal charges.
