Poor App
Needs to be rebooted at the heat pump source every couple of weeks.

The worst.
Might as well not have an app. Literally the most painful user experience. Won’t login. Needs factory resets. Not responsive. If I’m logged in my husband boots me out and vice versa. Impossible to create a schedule. Just trash. Would actively push people to not ever buy this brand to avoid this garbage fire. Wish I could give this zero stars.

Worse Thermostat Ever
This thermostat and the APP are probably in a development process because it has so many flaws and lacks of functionality’s it’s a real shame. Buy yourself a known brand thermostat with the functions you want.
They should inspire from the Ecobee, Nest or Aquara real smart thermostat and Application for their so called Smart thermostat and Application because, for being polite, their Moovair thermostat and Application really are far from being satisfactory, useful or Smart. Really do something about it because there’s less than an advantage to use this "Smart" Thermostat. The KJRSAALW1 was even a better thermostat than this new ST1S42RW1. What was the idea of making a new thermostat if it is less efficient and useful than the older one?

No fan only mode and horrible scheduling! Please update your app!!
No fan mode only can be selected in scheduling, and overall scheduling is horrible. Also no monthly usage reports available. This app feels like “2010” and not “2026”!!
