Poor App
Needs to be rebooted at the heat pump source every couple of weeks.

The worst.
Might as well not have an app. Literally the most painful user experience. Won’t login. Needs factory resets. Not responsive. If I’m logged in my husband boots me out and vice versa. Impossible to create a schedule. Just trash. Would actively push people to not ever buy this brand to avoid this garbage fire. Wish I could give this zero stars.

Worse Thermostat Ever
This thermostat and the APP are probably in a development process because it has so many flaws and lacks of functionality’s it’s a real shame. Buy yourself a known brand thermostat with the functions you want.
They should inspire from the Ecobee, Nest or Aquara real smart thermostat and Application for their so called Smart thermostat and Application because, for being polite, their Moovair thermostat and Application really are far from being satisfactory, useful or Smart. Really do something about it because there’s less than an advantage to use this "Smart" Thermostat. The KJRSAALW1 was even a better thermostat than this new ST1S42RW1. What was the idea of making a new thermostat if it is less efficient and useful than the older one?

No fan only mode and horrible scheduling! Please update your app!!
No fan mode only can be selected in scheduling, and overall scheduling is horrible. Also no monthly usage reports available. This app feels like “2010” and not “2026”!!
Ridiculous “Unsmart”
If you have a chance before the HVAC company installs any of their devices that are controlled via this app, ask them to replace the thermostat with one of the more useful brands like Nest or Ecobee.
The “schedule“ feature of this app allows you to set schedules all day long for only a start time, only to realize that after you’ve done that, none of them actually stay programmed and don’t work anyway.
The entire app is non-intuitive, and seemingly thrown together by some high school students that we’re paying by the company to create one that just turned the machine on and off and temperature up and down.
In a day and age of smart tech, this thing should be able to tell you the current energy usage, program a schedule with a copy paste function from day-to-day, be able to automatically detect when you’re home and when you’re away, and even provide optimization hints or suggestions, based on usage and activity.
Even before Google purchased Nest, their standard thermostat to hook into any system was much more intelligent and useful for maximizing energy use and programming even the most basic home heating/cooling systems.
Even the “user manual” within the App is just a pdf screenshot of an advertisement brochure.
Oh; and “App Support” button here in the App Store? Just sends you to some industrial supplier website at called “gmcc-welling”. And search “Moovair” on their site and NOTHING comes up.
I will never buy another Moovair product based on this application, the lack of support, and the clunky thermostat that it came with. If I could give it zero stars I would. 👎🏻

Very poor performance
I am unable to join my Wi-Fi network. It is possible it is not 2.4 GHz. But you have to wonder why in this day and age anybody is writing specifically for that.
