Payment not accepted
I try to register since days, and although my bank told me that there's no problem at all it's always "payment not accepted" in the Mo-ove App. No second possibility to make payments. Terrible.

The app needs some help with English...
I created an account and we’ll see how it works when I get to Denmark.
Two obvious problems with the app are for things that are not English:
1. The headings above credit card fields. They are tiny and in Danish. It took me a minute to figure out that one small field was actually where you are supposed to put your full name as shown on your credit card.
2. The terms of service. The app forces you to look at the terms of service, but they are in Danish. Sort of odd for an app being distributed in the US App Store where many travelers are likely to speak English but not Danish.
Honestly, I find travel much easier in countries where Uber, Lyft, and/or Grab App are available.

Registration trouble
Traveling in DK quite often, but I'm unable to register with a German phone.
This isn't what you expect from an app which shall make life easier!

Giv mig ny mulighed for at vælge en lille vogn istedet for at hente mig en en bus hver gang jeg skal nogle steder. App’en er hermed slettet. Jeg vil fremover belemre jeres telefonsystem...eller gå!
Warning! The app does work in Denmark
I saw the ad on YouTube and download the app when I entered my credit card it says that the credit card is not accepted by epay, while I check my bank statement the 1DKK is charged there. It shows clearly that app is new and yet to establish the payment system mechanism in order. Right now it does not work. So don’t waste your time.

Can’t register since the phone number form for Germany expects one more digit than there is. Too bad. Next time.
