The app will not provide a route across borders. Therefore pretty useless when you live in a border town. Also, often I can get a route on google maps when Moovit says none available
Best app to use in Portugal for public transportation.

Liked it very much until I started wasting time waiting at bus stops for buses which don’t materialize despite the app saying they were coming. There have also been countless snafus with signing in and updating the app

You need to get some in NYC and the area, you had better Moovit! It was choose the best time to leave and will propose several options.
Used for years, will stop because of excessive ads
I used Moovit for years, when it was novel and there was no others like it. When Google implemented similar tools I stuck with you guys because I liked your approach and accuracy better. But now you’ve shielded that service behind a paywall, and if I dare refuse to pay a monthly subscription (something absolutely pointless and not worthwhile for your service) you bombard me with so many ads that I’d be lucky to manage getting the use of your features, and may not even make it to my destination. So I stuck by you for years, but with these practices I will not be anymore. Corporate greed and shorttermism will kill your company as it did many others.

Works great! I use it in Sydney and Adelaide and I get realtime information in both. Integrates all modes of transport and provides multiply journey options. Been using for years, and still useful to pull out and check your options.
Good but..
Too many ad interruptions when you are trying to find your way around. Very annoying in real time situations.
Far too many ads!
This app used to be amazing a few years ago but now it has been clogged with ads, you can’t even enter a destination without a pop up ad appearing. A few years ago it was only a banner ad at the very bottom which was fine as developers need to get income from free users as well. The ads now however are very intrusive and make it hard to use. It’s overall a good app though, especially if you are willing to pay for no ads but if you want to use it for free then it’s not great with the amount of ads.

Most unreliable application
Title says it all, if I could get paid for the amount of buses I have missed to important functions because of false timing and the abysmal live tracking of loseit, I might be brushing shoulders with Elon musk. Wish I could give 0 stars, probably have seen more ads from them then it has actually correctly stated a bus would arrive.

Sometimes the business be late on Sundays then when we ask if they can call the next bus, they tell us they cannot do that
