REDEEMING FOREVER
After redeeming a reward, it’s stuck in the “Redeeming” state indefinitely (just showing the loading icon), which prevents me from starting the next 10-ticket accumulation reward program. Please fix!
Poor Customer Service, Inconsistent Policies
Better to buy a ticket at the ticketing counter - they are refundable up to 30 mins after purchase in the event of train changes/service disruptions, etc. If you buy on the app, they don’t allow changes/refunds after 2 minutes and offer ZERO customer service at all if you run into any issues. Consider it a theft device.

Privacy concerns! You did fine with my email login for years, so why are you invading my privacy by requiring my phone number to buy tickets? Maybe because you want to sell my data?
