Outdated app
This app constantly stops working and tells me my app is outdated. Have uninstalled and re installed multiple times. Very annoying.

I have never been able to figure it out.
App
Why can’t we just see the weekly ad as we did before? I do not want to come to the store and use a kiosk or go through a printed ad there. Also I can’t update the ad on my phone. Very disappointed.
Needs Work
The ad feature opens but when I start scrolling, it just disappears.
App serves little to no purpose
Not quite sure what the point of this is, it literally doesn’t do anything meaningful or save time in any way.

App wouldn’t allow me to change my location, had me in North Dakota and I live in Oklahoma. Search bar doesn’t work
God awful
This may literally be the worst app I have ever opened in my life. Even the cashier had no clue what to do with it. After finally finding the coupons I needed (which took forever cause it is terribly organized) I “clipped” both of them and then they just disappeared. No clue how to apply them. Even the search bar didn’t work. You would type in the exact product and it had no clue what it was.

App doesn’t work
I can’t sign up for a new account the app keeps giving me an error.
Clipping coupons doesn’t work
It either times out or says coupons aren’t available. And that’s just when simply searching for a coupon doesn’t force close the app!
Upgrade a disappointment
The recent upgrade hasn’t been a successful one. The app is constantly closing on me, especially when I go into the rewards section. When making my shopping list the keyboard is constantly disappearing while I’m typing and as always when I type in a specific item by name it come up as not found. So frustrating.

Update glitches
Did the update. I like the layout better but since the update the rewards don’t work. I had 6 gallons so should have gotten a free kemp’s milk and did not give me the reward- tried it twice. Also liquor rewards went to zero. Need to fix it soon!!!!!
I’d give it zero stars if I could.
This program is a crock of crap. They take away the awards before you have a chance to use them, after they’ve conned you into spending money at their stores with the promise of fuel savings. Then you go to the pumps and nothing.
Ok but lacking compelling features
As far as supermarket rewards apps goes this one is pretty middling. I guess it does some of the basics but I don’t see myself opening it often.
Two priority improvements would be to:
1. disable location tracking. Yes I know I can disable it too but there’s seemingly no functionality within the app that requires the location for providing anything of value.
2. Add an Apple Wallet rewards card export so you can quickly display the rewards number without fiddling around in the app.

Doesn’t work most of the time
Doesn’t let you search for items, or look at ad flyers. Click on something, and it exits app.
App has no value
The does not sync with the web version of your account. 12 hours after I had made changes to my shopping list for In store shopping, it was still not showing up in the app. I have tried using the app to find items in the store and the item is not there. Viewing flyer items has improved but if the coupons clipped and grocery list don’t sync this app provides nothing.

Rewards
Too hard to use. More often then not I think I’ve added the coupon to find it didn’t Then I never no if I even get a credit later. REALLY hate this program
