What happened
The app wasn’t perfect, but it was fairly intuitive. The update is a hot mess. And the qr scanner no longer works well. It’s shaky and has a hard time actually reading the code.
3.0 updated Destroyed it
It no longer tells you what machines are running, and the QR code reader on the machines has almost completely stopped functioning. The prior version of the app was fastest QR code reader I've ever encountered in any situation. It would literally read the code in less than one second. Now expect to spend 30 seconds to a minute trying to get the thing to read the code and then just give up and go find the machine number.

Worst ever
Turning originally useful laundry card management system into disfunctioning
Terrible app
If only they brought back a physical machine to load up our laundry card on this app is terrible. From the timers being wrong to this new update being atrocious I would definitely not use this app if it weren’t for my building
Useless app
Terrible. Got a brand new card, downloaded the app and created an account, when I try to add my loyalty card it just keeps looping back to “we need to associate a location”. No matter how many times I add the loyalty card, it loops back and becomes totally useless.
