What happened
The app wasn’t perfect, but it was fairly intuitive. The update is a hot mess. And the qr scanner no longer works well. It’s shaky and has a hard time actually reading the code.
3.0 updated Destroyed it
It no longer tells you what machines are running, and the QR code reader on the machines has almost completely stopped functioning. The prior version of the app was fastest QR code reader I've ever encountered in any situation. It would literally read the code in less than one second. Now expect to spend 30 seconds to a minute trying to get the thing to read the code and then just give up and go find the machine number.

Worst ever
Turning originally useful laundry card management system into disfunctioning
Terrible app
If only they brought back a physical machine to load up our laundry card on this app is terrible. From the timers being wrong to this new update being atrocious I would definitely not use this app if it weren’t for my building
Useless app
Terrible. Got a brand new card, downloaded the app and created an account, when I try to add my loyalty card it just keeps looping back to “we need to associate a location”. No matter how many times I add the loyalty card, it loops back and becomes totally useless.
Update
Prior to the update, I had no issues scanning QR codes to pay. After the update It is a struggle to scan QR codes. Please fix the issue. It need to be a easy to use app now it's useless.

Doesnt let you apply cards of yours to your account that used to be on your own account. Just terrible design.
Reset Password
Have been trying to reset my password for weeks now and customer service can’t figure it out. Now my remaining balance is suddenly drained and I have no way to see what transactions took place because I can’t sign into my account!

I have submitted three reports for faulty machines and never received any support or guidance on how to receive credits.

Glad we can use credit cards and not just quarters; the manager at my location is pleasant and has good customer service. 10/10 experience

Very bad service here at the NW 23rd location. The employees don't even let you sit in the chairs at 8:00 pm and they yell at you rudely saying you can't sit down..!!

Unusable app
Impossible to navigate, basic functionality (“YOU MUST SELECT A LOCATION”) doesn’t work. Somehow I got assigned to a laundromat in another state with no apparent way to fix it despite trying for 15 minutes. Breeze Laundry, I think I’ll just find someplace else to wash my clothes.
Unable to scan
Unable to use the seven dollars on the app. I even deleted the app and reinstalled the app. Still doesn’t work
Couldn’t add location
All I wanted to do was see the available machines in my building and the app wouldn’t accept my location. I typed in my full address and nothing happened. A bit confusing.
No card save option
I’ve had this app for 2 years and have re-entered my card information at least 25 times now. It shouldn’t take this long to code a way to save card information.

Horrible app! Keeps popping up as a malicious website to begin with, constantly logs you out, double charges…….do yourself a favor and do NOT utilize this app

Quick Start Issues
I have used this app for a while with no issues until recently. The “quick start” camera function stopped connecting to my camera. The “select machine” would be a great solution if the machines were actually numbered correctly. I checked my settings, deleted and reinstalled the app before reaching out for help. The only solution I was offered was “hold your camera closer.” Yeah, that wasn’t my problem. So crappy because I have money still on my account that I can not use.
Update: the camera function was eventually fixed after about a month or two. Haven’t had issues since then.

This app is absolute garbage
I can’t even add a location to add my balance. Everyone I hit add location it takes me to quick start which makes me try to activate the machine with cash
