I don’t think the app is good because it misleads me regarding my balance! Also I had bad support for the app!
Horrible UI
For a high end wealth management platform, this app is shockingly poorly designed. It is difficult to navigate, not visually appealing (walls of text in bad font). Fidelity, Schwab, JP Morgan all have much stronger offerings from a user experience perspective. Please do better MS!

Missing accessibility options
My eyesight just isn’t what it used to be, and I prefer apps that support dynamic type to allow for changes in text size. I couldn’t find any accessibility settings in the app at all

Horrible update!
This app use to be extremely detailed and helpful with seeing all my accounts, investments & easy access to my advisors if I needed them. Now the app just freezes and too many glitches to where I can’t even open up detailed account inquirers
Always locks me out
I have called so many times to reset my locked account and again every month it gets locked! So many representatives suggested trying to keep logging in every few days to avoid that and still locked! I have 2fa and authenticator set and password is also saved, the same stops working! This happens for more than a year and half now. Terrible app! Would not use if employer isn’t forcing me too!

One year user ready to go
I must say, this app is pretty much MTA in New York. Compared to Chase app, it’s pretty much a joke.

Great for viewing of my assets and transferring assets smoothly.
Not working with wifi
Not loading under wifi only cellular. Have to turn off wifi to work, don’t know why ?

Not much of an app when you can’t log on. I used Two step verification. It usually times out before it logs me in.

No more full screen required error message — was an apple problem, resolved by iOS update

Safe and efficient!
MS wealth management App has multiple security layers. To keep my information safe. I use it to sign docs and approve transfers. It’s easy way to communicate with my advisor and assistant. I highly recommend adding notifications so you know what is happening with your accounts.
Not working
It directs you to App Store to reinstall the new version but it doesn’t open.
Will not load with VPN
This app has been useless since I installed a VPN on my iOS devices. It will not load my accounts and just continuously buffers.

Taxes
Can’t import taxes to turbo tax. The customer service rep said I had to call them at a different time. To unlock something, didn’t make sense. Limited functionality. Customers service reps don’t have the power to fix your problems. Try another company.
Mobile app login
Doesn’t allow me to log in w/ wifi or LTE. Very frustrating. Also only update mobile app every few months
