Decent app, some screwy things and decent service
The service is a seemingly better ran microtransit than most of them, but it’s still microtransit and has its issues, such as long variable wait times, screwy apps (this one is decent on that front), and just weird things happening

I love the shutttle so much it helps me get form 1 place to another and while alot of ppl write negativity about it either way it gets you from 1 place to another for FREE!! Crazy but ya
Unreliable
The time is off 50% of the time. If it’s a “pick up in 10 minutes, your ride could already be there and they will cancel before 10 minutes is up. If it says 10 minutes, 40 minutes later it will say 11 minutes. Only use it if you don’t “HAVE” to be somewhere.
Terrible service
The eta is always inconsistent and they literally switch out at 2pm and will still accept rides and dgaf if you wait while they switch and just sit for hours at morrisville community park it’s public transport but they don’t care about the people very disappointed
The bus
Tried for over an hour to book the bus. All I wanted to do was get home after a long day but no matter how many times I tried it gave me the stupid message of “the bus is in high demand”. It’s supposed to be a reliable free bus service but it’s pretty unreliable at times. Absolutely ridiculous & extremely disappointed. Not everyone has uber money. Bus already takes forever to pick you up & drop you off. It’s starting to get ridiculous.

Not very reliable
Please! Hire more drivers, the app is always telling me that their drivers are busy so I have to wait like 30 minutes just to get a single ride, also add a que feature so we can at least be able to wait for the shuttle.
Useless and unreliable
This app doesn’t work at all. I got one ridge and that it started getting buggy. I would choose locations and it show the way for a split second and then go back to main page like nothing happened. I can’t see rides or anything. DONT GET IT

Every time I try and do a new ride it keeps going to the main Home Screen and stops working
Unreliable
Good service. I however find it infuriating sometimes that the Shuttle arrives 30 minutes later than what the app says sometimes due to the drivers simply sitting somewhere whether it’s a park or at a gas station or at a grocery store. I understand the importance of needing a break or going to the bathroom but to let people know the bus is coming then for the bus to not show up after 30 minutes of waiting is infuriating. The high demand problem is also an infuriating factor, it seems as if it’s always on high demand sometimes.

Our parents are enjoying the ride on their own but there are very less pick up points. It will be great to have pick up points on church street as there are so many communities.
Nearest one right now is 19 mins walk to library which is quite far by walk.
