Terrible app

This app is buggy at best, and shockingly unreliable for something that’s supposed to function as our house key.

App does not work

Constantly crashes or starts over. Requires you to login to view anything by asking for a code which you need to get emailed every second. Then it doesn’t work. Vicious cycle. There should be a single sign on upon opening the app and that’s it. Not even bank apps ask for your name and code this much in one session. Makes zero sense. This needs to be tested before releasing to the public.

Full of bugs

This is by far the buggiest app I've seen on the app store. It's full of "null" values showing up on the app. The capability is very limited and requires users to use the app to open doors. Can't even create door lock codes for Airbnb guests. I do not recommend this app or product to anyone.its trash go elsewhere.

Paying landlord for an app that doesn’t work

This app doesn’t work. I’m paying the landlord for this extra each month to have but it’s never worked since I got here months ago. No one to contact to fix it.

absolutely horrible, DONT USE THIS APP

this app has had so many issues throughout the years and I’m sick of it. the keys don’t always work, i keep getting logged out of my account even after deleting and redownloading the app, it takes forever to load and sometimes the screen is just blank…. please do not use this system if you’re a building manager for the sake of your tenants!!!

Bad login & sync

The login system is seriously ridiculous. Instead of having an email/password like any other normal platform, it uses invite codes. Well I can’t login on the in-suite tablet because it’s stuck in a loading loop.

MOSINO ONE!

LOVE this platform! I was suuuper suspect going from Butterfly to Mosino but not only is Mosino a significantly better experience my building has lowered the cost since we switched off of Butterfly.
