Demand More of Yourself
Mossa on Demand is a great way to eliminate ANY excuses that are blocking your progress.
My latest win was eliminating the excuse of not being able to workout while on a road trip. I paired every stop with a 10 minute workout (Centergy, Fight, and Groove) and arrived at my destination completely refreshed.

Excellent
Love being able to do these workouts at home with my busy schedule!
Amazing!
Great at home workout experience. These workouts allow me to select what I need for the day based on the time I have available. Lots of great options
Best Programs Ever
Best group fitness programs. Better than Les Milles
App needs work
I love that I can get Group Centergy classes online now. It’s really been great since there are no live classes available near me anymore. I really appreciate that!!
However, this app needs work. I also use the Peloton app, which works great and is easy to navigate through. The MOSSA app is cluttered with classes that you must scroll through. I know which class I want but have to scroll several pages done then over to find the class I want. There should be a way to filter the classes in order to find what you want. Also, it is very frustrating to have to make the class I’m taking go full screen. That should be automatic once you choose the class. Then, the last and almost most frustrating part is, at the end of class instead of stopping it just feeds into the next class and starts playing it. It’s a scramble to get it to stop while I’m in recovery mode. It’s difficult to exit full screen, which you have to in order to get back to the main screen.
Other than that I am grateful to have these classes available online. Thank you for considering making some upgrades.
