EXPLORE PATTERNS IN YOUR DATA Motif summarizes activities that commonly appear alongside different moods. It also shows check-in streaks and weekly recaps. These are observations based on your entries, not medical conclusions. AI INSIGHTS Some features use AI to create weekly summaries or answer questions using aggregated information from your journal. Raw notes, photos, and voice recordings are not used as context sent to the AI. Some advanced AI features require Motif Premium. Pricing and subscription terms are shown before purchase.
