Great product, but the app is buggy
I love Motivosoty, but using the mobile app is a chore. It constantly logs me out, which is super annoying. And for as long as I can remember when I go to recognize someone the text box where I write stuff is hidden behind the area where I type in the name of who I’m recognizing, so I can’t see what I’m writing. You’d think the number one thing Motivosity used for would be better tested than this. I’m on an iPhone 15 Pro running the latest iOS. So it’s not an old hardware/OS issue.

Top app for team culture
Been using Motivosity at work and it’s honestly so easy to use, no fuss at all. Takes seconds to send a shoutout to a teammate, and it’s actually made a real difference to how connected our team feels. Such a simple idea but it works a treat - makes giving credit where it’s due feel genuine instead of just another box-ticking exercise. Would def recommend it to any workplace keen to boost morale and bring the team closer together!

I haven’t been able to purchase any of my giftcards for a few weeks now.Ive tried to contact support and no one has helped me can anyone explain to me why I cant use my spending money ? Am I doing something wrong or is this a glitch for everyone? Somebody help!

It’s easy to use. I love that I can easily send appreciations for everybody even when I am not sitting in front of my notebook. The social part is also awesome I can suggest it to everybody.

I love the Motivosity app. It is so easy to redeem my points and I use the ThanksMatters Card on a regular basis. I love getting notifications about birthdays and anniversaries so I never miss saying congrats. The new global store is so fun to use and show my friends.

Motivosity is absolutely amazing. My employer has a tight knit team, but Motivosity has created a place for all of us to share personal and work highlights. It has been SO FUN to learn new things about co-workers and make connections based on interests as well! 10/10 would recommend Motivosity to anyone!
