Great product, but the app is buggy
I love Motivosoty, but using the mobile app is a chore. It constantly logs me out, which is super annoying. And for as long as I can remember when I go to recognize someone the text box where I write stuff is hidden behind the area where I type in the name of who I’m recognizing, so I can’t see what I’m writing. You’d think the number one thing Motivosity used for would be better tested than this. I’m on an iPhone 15 Pro running the latest iOS. So it’s not an old hardware/OS issue.

Top app for team culture
Been using Motivosity at work and it’s honestly so easy to use, no fuss at all. Takes seconds to send a shoutout to a teammate, and it’s actually made a real difference to how connected our team feels. Such a simple idea but it works a treat - makes giving credit where it’s due feel genuine instead of just another box-ticking exercise. Would def recommend it to any workplace keen to boost morale and bring the team closer together!

This app is smooth to use and so fun to easily access all the great thank you notes I receive at work! I love opening it up to show my friends and family. Easy to use and looks sleek!

The Motivosity app is clean, easy to navigate, and addictive - it’s fun to use it as a type of social media where I can see my colleagues shouting out each other. It’s also really convenient for me to quickly pull out my phone and recognize a team member.
