The app worked for awhile and now I cannot get it to find my phones, which are still working fine.

Could not get base station setup
I spent last evening and this morning trying to get this app to work with my new Moto phone but I am giving up and returning the phone. Initially the app found the base station and it updated the software in the base and phones but then it had problems with my iOS contacts. Today I reset everything and reinstalled the app but now the app can’t even locate the base station. I give up. I’ve already wasted too much time on this.

Works great and went smoothly
Got new cordless phones download the app signed in and the app did everything. Didn’t have to add a device on Alexa or anything. Working great so far. Some new features would be nice like having echo grab the caller id and answering machine so you can check it from anywhere or call from anywhere.
Learning the controls was a little rough but hey itS a new phone

The app allowed me to set up the phones, but now it crashes every time I launch it. Utter crap. Developer should be shunned.

This app crashes every time. I thought it was my internet but everything else works except for the phone. The app and phone are useless.

Could not give a rating of less than 1 because it is not there. Spent all afternoon and evening trying to get it to set up. All kinds of trouble shooting thinking it was my WiFi, but it seems strange that I could not make it work using three different devices. Everything else in the house is using the internet with no issues. I can only assume it is the program Itself that is unable to connect to the internet and our WiFi. All the trouble shooting info in the booklet was useless. Looked for support on the internet but there did not seem to be any. So sorry I bought this.

Motorola ignoring reviews?
How can so many people be upset and no attempt to make things right? I am also encountering the same contact upload crashing. I have an idea but it’s going to be to wipe the whole contact list out. I have lots of contacts with emojis so that could be a reason for the system to fail. I’m going to set app up via a spare iPhone with little to no contacts later today....hope it works otherwise this might be the first time I’ve ever returned an item to Amazon!

After initial setup of system, app crashes when attempting to connect to an app existing system.

App Crashes On Open
As other reviewers have stated, app crashes as soon as it’s finished setup and it keeps crashing. Unable to add contacts. This happens even after resetting the base, the phone and the app.

2 stars because the initial setup works well. But after the initial setup, trying to use the app to do anything else, it immediately crashes. Looking at other comments — looks like this happens to everyone.

The app continuously crashes after the initial set up. It was fine until I got ready to use it for real. Please update it soon because I just purchased this phone set for the house.

App crashes whenever you try to connect to the Motorola phone.
App Continuously Glitches & Closes
The initial part of setting up the phone with both this app & syncing with Alexa app went smoothly. But then as I was close to finishing the app crashed.
After days of trying repeatedly to get the app to work, rebooting my cellphone, removing & reinstalling the app, I still cannot get it to work more than a second before it glitches & closes itself.
I am NOT having issues with any other app on my iPhone, and still have plenty of storage.
Because of this, I cannot add contacts to the Motorola phone. The app is the ONLY way to do so.
The point of the phone was so my grandmother, who is losing her eyesight, can make calls without having to read or dial numbers, but still be able to use her landline.
(Alexa cannot call 911 without a landline, and the phone is what she is used to vs. the Alexa speaker)
Unless they fix this bug, this Motorola phone is no different than her previous phone, & I’m stuck.

Need a refresh on the app. Pretty basic. Do not do a lot for now . Hope for future updates.
