The ride wait times takes forever to appear and there’s no directory of where stores and restrooms are at

The new daily reports give you pretty much everything you need to know about Knott’s Berry Farm without having to search. And the chat works well too
Pretty good
The app does what it should. It shows you the wait times of all of the rides even when you’re not in the park, which is something that the Knott’s app doesn’t let you do. This could be helpful for planning your day and which rides to go on at different times depending on wait times. The chat feature is pretty good and again does what it should by giving you the best advice possible for any questions you have. Overall it’s a great app that is nice to have if you are planning a trip to Knott’s Berry Farm.
