Perfect Mothers Day Gift!
I got this for my aunt for Mother’s Day to get her excited about movement and mobility again after a back injury. I helped her set it up but have to say the set up was so easy she would have been fine. I ended up doing the first few sessions with her and honestly didn’t realize how much I needed this too! I’m so excited to see her progress, she is totally loving it!! We also love the character she is so cute and relatable and so helpful to learn the movements. Highly recommend, such a cute gift for someone interested in health, wellness, and longevity in a way that’s accessible to them.
