Very disappointing as I haven’t even managed to use the app. It doesn’t let you create an account non stop errors.

Create account. I have an account. Make an account. You don’t have an account. But I do have an account. I was in it previously. Provide a security code. It never comes. Literally unusable. And no, I’m happy to give you an email address - but no you don’t need my phone number.
Useless app and difficult to use
Impossible to set no go areas because the app doesn’t accurately map our two bedroom apartment. Impossible to adjust the map. Only use the app to start vacuuming and set suction strength. It’s lucky the vacuum is so good because the app is hopeless.

Sign up/onboarding was a disaster.
They disallow emails using plus (+) so if you use Gmail aliases, you cannot with this app. They require you to have a complex password but force you to keep it short without any UX indication so I kept trying with a generic invalid indicator. Default Apple generated ones don’t work so it increases sign up friction.
Their robot spec wise are amazing value especially compared to my existing Roborock. Too bad the software is junk.
UI buttons use faded colors giving off the appearance of a disabled button. Doesn’t have scheduled zone clean up/routines like Roborock. Doesn’t seem to drain the washboard on its own. Overall experience is pretty poor.

Belle application
L’application est belle et fonctionne parfaitement. Aucun bogue constaté depuis 3 mois d’utilisation.

Ads in the app almost every time we launch the app. App is cool but could be a lot better. Lots of scam pattern everywhere.
Appli géniale !
Appli super intuitive, hyper facile à prendre en main :). En plus on peut programmer des zones spécifiques en plus des pièces, la fréquence de rinçage et l’intensité de lavage. C’est super, je recommande vivement
I don’t get the hate. This app is decent and has everything that is needed.
There may be better apps, but for those of us coming from Rowenta, this app is quite convenient.
Don’t bother
The app will ask for email and a password so it will send you a code, once you enter the code it will ask you to log in, however it will just go around in circles asking you to log in and it won’t recognise the email and ask you to set up the email, when you set the email and ask it to send the confirmation code to the email it will say that the email already has an account and it will only cycle between sign up and sign in

First: you have to download the app to use the vacuum. Not great, but acceptable.
Where the app fails is that it will spam your phone at odd hours with ads for marginal “sales” and other advertising junk.
I already paid several hundred for the vacuum. Spare me the ads.

App bugué
J’ai acheté il y a 2 semaines un robot mova V50 ultime pour mon local, jusqu’ici tout allait bien, comme j’étais content j’en ai acheté un 2 eme et là les problèmes commencent, pas moyen de configurer un deuxième aspirateur et le pire c’est que j’ai supprimé le premier pour voir si c’était lui en cause et la impossible de le remettre dans l’application, je me retrouve avec 2 aspirateur robot non fonctionnel !!! Il sont bien connectés à ma box, voyant vert, j’ai essayé de désinstaller l’application, fait un reset sur chaque aspi, j’ai même créé un 2eme compte. Toujours au même point. J’ai envoyé un mail au SAV , toujours pas eu de nouvelles. Donc je déconseille MOVA, j’ai plus qu’à renvoyer leurs appareils pas fini.

teilweise schlecht ablesbar
ich finde die App soweit ok, man findet was man sucht zwar nicht immer auf Anhieb, nach ein bisschen Suchen geht es aber. Was ich richtig schlecht finde ist der Kontrast der Überschriften wie z. B. das Datum in den Nachrichten. Es gibt mehrere solche Einträge die man schlecht ablesen kann, sowohl in der normalen wie auch in der „Dark“ Variante/Thema

Impossible de connecter au wifi
Application très mal conçu. L’appareil est neuf . Il me dit qu’il est connecté au reseau mais sur l’application il me met échec. J’ai tout essayé et rien à faire. Quelle perte de temps !

Also dieses Produkt ist absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Nach drei Wochen Benutzung (mäht super) hat sich der Mäher selbständig aus der App verabschiedet. Wenn man ihn aber einmal eingerichtet hat, kann man ihn nicht mehr neu anmelden ohne das Mova im Back End die Verbindung aufhebt. Das ist wohl eine Art Diebstahl Schutz - aber das sollte wohl jeder Verbraucher selber entscheiden können ob er sowas aktivieren möchte oder nicht. Zumal der Support auch nicht zu erreichen ist. Das heisst wenn man Pech hat (zB bei einem Software Update) hat man Elektroschrott im Garten stehen der sich selbst nach einem Factory Reset nicht mehr starten lässt. Wer denkt sich sowas aus - Finger Weg. Hinweis an Mova - diesen Diebstahlschutz vielleicht für den Kunden optional machen???

Très compliqué pour quelque chose censé être simple
L’application est très compliquée.
Il est difficile de corriger la cartographie des pièces. Renommer, les pièces etc. on recherche deux heures alors que ça devrait être extrêmement simple.
C’est vraiment à revoir pour qu’il y ait quand même une maniabilité plus intuitive pour un utilisateur.
De plus, les menus ne sont pas bien organisés il est compliqué de se rendre là où on le souhaite dans l’appli

Tondeuse MOVA 1000.
Je suis surpris par le nombre de commentaires négatifs. Des mises à jour sérieuses ont dû être effectuées car je n’ai pas grand-chose à reprocher au couple tondeuse-appli.
Avec un peu d’intuition on peut découvrir les différents détails de fonctionnement et de réglages sans faire appel à des tutos.
Le robot fait un travail remarquable et bien plus propre qu’une tondeuse y compris sur un terrain assez cahoteux et/ou humide. Il y a quelques rares situations où il se plante et demande de l’aide, mais généralement il manœuvre efficacement pour se sortir d’un mauvais pas. La tonte est réalisée au cm près sans fil de délimitation ni GPS.

제품 자체는 만족스럽게 사용하고 있습니다. 다만 한 가지 크게 아쉬운 점이 있습니다.
예약 청소에서 특정 방만 선택할 경우 쾌속 모드를 사용할 수 없습니다. 그래서 오히려 방 몇 개만 청소하는데도 전체 집을 쾌속 모드로 청소하는 것보다 더 오래 걸리는 상황이 발생합니다.
실제 사용에서는 전체 청소보다 특정 방만 정기적으로 청소하는 경우가 많은데, 예약 방 청소에서도 쾌속 모드를 사용할 수 있도록 개선해 주셨으면 좋겠습니다. 업데이트로 반영되길 기대합니다.
