Money taken service not provided SCAM??
I downloaded this app, recorded video, it said i needed tokens, i paid for tokens and it continued to say i needed tokens. I reached out to support and I received an automated response with a ticket, and have never heard back from Move AI. I feel like i got scammed. Please not that there hasn’t been any reviews it quite some time. I think all negative reviews are being hidden by apple.
Update, I never heard back from the company, even though I wrote several tickets requesting service to be activated or money refunded. After disputing it with my credit card they eventually ruled in my favor. They said they were going to reach out to the company, but I have no idea if they’ve reached out to them or got through to them or maybe they just never heard back from them and refunded my money. Since no one from the company has even responded to this post it’s extremely suspicious. I noticed on their YouTube page if they are posting videos daily all without sound and just video used to capture in the captured motion. It is my personal opinion that this company is a scam. I would be interested for anybody to prove otherwise.

Doesn’t function
Looks as it it will work then states access is blocked due to not being a team member. No further advice given.
Bugged
App is bugged out, after signing in it asks me to log in again, if I do it opens a web page that closes instantly, I am basically stuck outside the app.
Trouble With Access
I’ve heard a lot of great things with Move and it would help an insane amount of amateur/Indie 3D artists with their work. However, the setup isn’t necessarily straight forward and I haven’t figured out how to game access to the IOS app version. It says it requires an invitation and I find that a little frustrating because if it’s a public app then shouldn’t it be open for the public? Unless it’s a beta which I still wouldn’t quite understand why it would be open to the public if it’s only allowed to be used by selected candidates. I’m just looking for answers that’s all. Good but
It’s good but. WHEN I WAS GONNA MAKE A ANIMATION, CAUSE I HAD 3 SLOTS IT SAID YOU CAN NOT HAVE MORE THAN 3. THEN IT OFFERED A SUBSCRIPTION LIKE NO I JUST WANT TO MAKE A ANIMATION BUD.
Needs to fix its sign in
I've seen footage of Move being good and all of that but the real thing I’m mad about is I can't even sign in! The author of this better reply and fix this.
Too pricey!
While I love how accurate it is compared to other softwares. I wish its monthly subscription gave you more credits. Like 30 a month would be great and then if I needed more I can pay more. However 8 minutes for 35 bucks. Come on guys.

The gallery eventually refreshed and all my animations came back.
Almost a great app
I love the tech and the motion capture works well. Downside is that you can’t trim video before uploading so there’s a lot of pointless motion capture being recorded after you are done with the desired scene. This matters because the unwanted parts of the video cost you credits.

good app but wish you could import
I like the app its very good I just wish you could import models because I got the app thinking I could do a fight with someone in robot suit or something maybe a Spiderman short film. Please add importing models.(dev pls respond)
Subscription fraud
I payed over $30 for a month of credits in the subscription. The app said “something went wrong” then charged me anyway. It didn’t give me any credits but Apple says I’m subscribed. Don’t give this fraud your money. They also don’t have any restore purchase section.
Credits don’t roll over
The money you pay doesn’t roll over to the next month, very dumb
They lost my subscription account
They lost my account, I can sign in without an error and they are happy too still charge for it. After a week of correspondence with the staff, they still can’t identify my problem. Bad service.

Needs a better model
The app is very great and the most accurate app I’ve used, the only think I wish is we had a more human looking model with human hands because when exporting it onto another model the hands take the shape of the robot. And they don’t animate. Better hand tracking would make this the perfect app!
Subscription problem, no help
I had a problem where I purchased a subscription but the app still thought I was on the free plan. I tried to get help but nothing was done so a complete waste of £34.99.
Can’t even login
I get as far as the Eula and when I press accept it keeps saying something went wrong. I’ve even tried reinstalling and I can login fine from the multi cam app
