Does this app work anymore in the USA
Does this app work anymore in the USA? I can’t login. It says I don’t exist. There is no way to create an account. There is not a website. I can’t even find the products that work with it online.

Terrible! Everything is in Chinese or japanese or whatever it’s supposed to be. Nothing works on it. I got the dumbbells but they don’t register and the app is useless

It showed a notice said "the certificate for this server is invalid" on account login page. Please fix it!!!

The health app integration and apple watch support has basically gone now. This app doesnt read any metrics from the health app like it says it does and theres products on the app that are no longer in production like the smart swing. Also the app shows apple watch support with the “move it” apple watch app BUT there is no apple watch app

Spam texts?
Started getting a lot of spam texts the day after I downloaded the app… might be a coincidence, but I’m not sure.
Bought new gloves, app is bad.
I bought the smart gloves but the app doesn’t support them. FAQ page doesn’t load. No other way to ask about this. Doesn’t take too much to pair a gloves.

I wish I could give this 0 stars I bought the smart move it punching bag. It is impossible to get in touch with any one so if you haven't purchased yet DONT!!!! I was able to set my Bluetooth up the first day I purchased it. And since then Bluetooth is not recognizable and says there's an network error. Complete waste of money.

Horrible App
Don’t understand why these companies spend resources developing their hardware but can’t spring for a translator. Obviously used Google translate which shows. On top of that, the UI is poorly designed. And when you purchase their products, they don’t tell you that you’ll also need to pay a subscription fee for “VIP” workouts. Bought the dumbbells, gym, and punching bag. Haven’t been able to connect the bag because it keeps saying “Network Error.” Please hire a teenage programmer from the states to overhaul your app. Won’t cost much and you’d gain many more customers in the US.

Please help with this issue. I cannot login at all. There is no Move It Device in my Bluetooth settings to pair with. What can I do?

Cellular Data only
This product doesn’t work with WiFi and requires cellular data to work, including after login. Not only does it not show this as errors for why network connection doesn’t work, it also requires it for downloading workouts and anytime you use it. Many features show “coming soon”. Shame as the punching bag is decent enough.

Broken app
This App doesn’t even work in US. And they provide zero support. Was able to sign in one time. Haven’t been able to replicate that effort. Now I have a punching bag that can’t connect to anything.

I am really happy with this app and all the functionalities it has to offer. I am really enjoying the smart skipping rope!
Can’t even log in
Like others, I cannot even get beyond the log in screen. This is garbage. No customer service support.
Error?
Bought the punching bag and the app won’t let me make an account. Saying server error every time. Tried to wait until the next day to redownload it and try again and still isn’t working. Is there anyway to help with this so I don’t have to return my punching bag?
Login
The login process is terrible it won’t send a text to my phone to get a code. Tried logging in with Facebook and the other app it recommends and neither of them work. Please update the app
