No Equipment, No Worries

Genuinely committed to moving women and AFAB no matter their mood, cycle, motivation and mindset. This app has it all and has relatable instructors and instructions. Massive tick from me!

Perfect for busy women!

I am so grateful for this app. I’m a busy mum of two small children and knew I’d never get to the gym. But all the home fitness apps and YouTube video overwhelmed me. This app provides a fun and varied selection of workouts, from cardio to strength to yoga, for a range of time frames. I bloody love it! Thank you MamaMia! 🩷

À perfect exercise travel buddy

I travel a lot and always looking for fun exercise app to use. Perfect from anything to just a quick stretch post flight to more aerobic activities. Thanks Mama Mia… was a subscriber before and love that subscribers get this for free! Keep up the great work!

Amazing!

I love this app - such a variety of workouts and so easy to do in your own space. Such a great inclusion in the already great value Mamamia subscription. Thank you 🩷

Great!

Great quick workouts to get you motivated and moving! Enjoying trying different movements and exercises. Would of been 5 stars if it was able to be cast the app to a tv

Great for postpartum exercise

Have been using Move to increase my flexibility (Pilates workouts) and slowly build back into more intensive exercise. Love the variation in workouts, diversity in trainers and overall functionality of the app.

No pressure just quality classes

A great accessible movement app with a variety of classes to suit mood and time of day. Love the set, the integration and the quality of teachers. It’s fun and relatable and reminds me to move when you can, for how long you can each day cause that’s what makes such a difference to a clear mind and a positive outlook.

Loving my move workouts

Move has a good variety of short workouts I can do at home. I am adding the workouts to daily walks to build my strength and do some stretching. Instructors are easy to follow and have good advice on how to adapt for your needs. Thanks Move, I am loving the workouts.

Perfectly named app

The quality and variety of “classes” are excellent.

Move Convert

I’ve always wanted to get into Yoga but too uncomfortable in a group and too hard to organise. A few sessions done and I’m so grateful for Move - can do Yoga in my time, my space and feel all the better for it!

Brilliant!!!

Move makes exercising really accessible. I had really lost a lot of motivation to exercise even though I have enjoyed it in the past. Now I look forward to doing a routine everyday. I like that I can choose a video to suit how much time and energy I have. Some of the options are quite relaxing which I love and the trainers are excellent.

Makes you move and then you’re done.

I hate exercising. No matter how good my motivation and intent is, I just don’t enjoy it.
Move has made it a little less frustrating. I’m in my mid 59’s I need to move and build up strength.
I love that it’s not done with schmick ‘model-like’ instructors and production. It feels real and unpretentious. All shapes and sizes and aims at all levels. It’s very inclusive and an accessible price point.

Loving getting back to moving!

I might actually keep a New Year’s resolution this time! Move makes it easy to access right in my lounge room. Great range of workouts and the diverse range of workout-ees is so nice to see.

Heaps of variety

Love the body diversity! Great workouts, and the trainers actually make me feel good rather than self conscious or unfit. Working out more than I have for years

Practical and fun

I have been using this app for a few weeks and I’m really enjoying it, which is a lot coming from me, considering I’ve tried many fitness apps and programs and they haven’t been very practical. What makes “move” stand out is it is tailored specifically for women on all different stages of life (pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, or those who are just wanting to get into exercise after a long break), there are programs that range from 10 to 30 minutes and you can do it anywhere without any fancy equipment. You can pretty much do it at your own level and pace. If there was any suggestion for improvement, I would suggest they have a section to help target weight loss for those who want to lose a few kilos because I sense this app is designed mainly for women who just want to get out and about without feeling pressured to go hard. Well done Mamamia!

It got me moving so I’m here for it!

On those days when I only have 15 minutes, I choose a quick workout - brilliant! It gets me energised and I feel like I’ve achieved something, even if it’s just a short workout. I’ve found it easy to work this into my day.

Great start for a unfit, older queen 👸

I’m 62 and unfit but I’m finding the app very easy to start small and work my way hopefully to being more flexible and tone my bingo arms.

Love!

This is the best fitness app I’ve come across. Easy, inclusive and time effective! Thank you!
