App doesn’t work
Can’t login to the app but can login to the website.
Stops working the moment you need it to
Trying to incessantly refresh the app in hopes it lets me pay for the spot I've parked in while on the train - if I get a ticket, I blame the slowbrained developers who can't manage the upkeep of a simple app in the age of AI (you can probably code a new one within five minutes but alas..)
So many bugs.
I tried for 25 minutes to get this to work. So many bugs and random errors and messages that pop up that makes no sense. When you go to add time to the meter, it tells you that time is not an option.

Main screen: Microscopic type, meaningless icons. Parking screen: grey-on-grey, microscopic type with no explanation copy. Payment screen: doesn’t recognize device wallet.
I’m trying to imagine how this could be worse. AND it’s actually running on Passport‘s backend, so it could be much better.

What I want to say about this app is not allowed, this is the worst app ui ever. Doesn’t work after minutes of getting it to the pay menu. I think a child with 0 programming experience would make a better app than this company.

I’ve tried many times putting in my email and password and it doesn’t work. I changed my password and tried again. It doesn’t work. I tried my email and password over and over and it doesn’t work. So frustrating!

This is the worst most difficult app I have ever used. Not used friendly at all. Requests input that it does not allow you to put in. Useless. I’ve opted to just keep rolls of quarters in my car now. Idk why any town would use this terrible app when there’s better ones. I would give 0 stars or negative stars if allowed!

The most difficult app to use
It’s incredibly difficult to add a credit card. It doesn’t allow pasting the number in. To add a new card you cannot tap on the text field and just type it in. You have to tap “update” card as if you already had one.

Absolute the worst parking app I’ve used in my whole life
You need half an hour to register and fail several times before being able to pay.

Terrible interface, poor connectivity
Parked in Middletown NJ train station, took train to airport, flew to see family in Houston. Storm hit, changed return flight to next day. Needed to add 1 extra day of parking. Been trying to connect to both website and app for 4 days on iPhone 16 and laptop, both timeout. Have strong wifi and cellular signal. What good is an app you can’t connect to? The one time I did see the interface, when out of the house in a supermarket parking lot, it was terrible and difficult to navigate. Will be recommending to Middletown that the choose a new app for parking. This is one of the worst I’ve ever seen.

HORRIBLE
This apps sucks. The server always has error messages making it impossible to use the app. It freezes and crashes everyday. Won’t allow you to add money to your time, forcing you to wait til the best last second to up your time. Complete garbage!

Doesn’t recognize parking spot number. Kept saying invalid number. Also t took multiple attempts to delete credit card info

The password reset email took 4 hours to arrive causing me to receive a parking ticket. I actually requested it twice and the second reset email took 15 hours. I tried to write this directly but the submit button on the website didn’t function. This is not how this is supposed to work and a shame certain places force us to use this.

Misleading
Do not download this app the developer charges $15.99 to download the app even though the app say it’s free. This is misleading. I would like a refund of my $19.99. I would give zero stars if I could.
