This app does not work unfortunately
It will not connect to a router it’s designed to connect to. Just entirely non-functional. And the router WebGUI is so barebones for the Zyxel EX7710-B0 that you can’t do much in the way of troubleshooting outside of unplugging and replugging in the router or resetting it. Very unfortunate, as I’m troubleshooting bufferbloat and seem to have hit a wall because of bad software for the router control i.e. this “app” if you can call it one, given it’s a nothing burger regarding functionality. I’m not typically one to complain on app reviews, but bruh 💀

Nothing on this app seems to work. Shame on Hyperoptic to use this app.

As stated, you become trapped in an endless loop, without any exit other than uninstalling the app. Think I will switch modems, never trusted the service providers included appliance to begin with.
Entirely ornamental
I installed this app because Zyxel can’t manage all of its routers with just one app, but it won’t tell you that until you’ve installed their primary app, Zyxel One.
Upon installing this app, while connected to WiFi through my Zyxel router, it displays the message “Connecting to the WiFi router…”
It then fails.
This failure takes you to a page that tells you to make sure the WiFi is on, that your phone WiFi is on, that you’re connected to the WiFi network you want to join, and to go back to the previous page to follow the “Add” process to set up your WiFi Router again.
There is no “previous page”. There is no “add” process. There is only “retry.”

Does not work with HyperOptic
I am guessing the app is abandoned because it just does not connect at all with HyperOptic routers which is what they tell you to use. Pretty poor and don’t waste your time. If you are also thinking about HyperOptic then use your own router otherwise you are going to have a lot of issues.
App won’t work
Does nothing when trying to open app. Really frustrating
Rubbish
Genuinely rubbish app. The pairing failed, and I’m now stuck on a screen saying it can’t find my device, and to click retry. But the retry button doesn’t work. I’m stuck. I have no other options. Terrible app that doesn’t work.
Login impossible
The login credentials on the back of the mini hub are not allowing to log into the app.
Horror
Most useless app I’ve ever used honestly. All my devices are linked but it keeps saying retry retry what sort of joke is that.
Bad routers
These router are so waste of time . They throttle the speed by 1/5 times . I have 2 gbps plan but I get only 400 mbps at any given time . Tried eero pro 6E. I get 1.2 GBPS speed
App Crashes
App will not open and crashes.
Atrocious
The technician installed the router and set up the broadband. Having successfully connected my device to the broadband using the original password (a string of random letters and numbers), the technician said that it was easy to modify the password via the MPro Mesh app which I then did - HUGE MISTAKE!!! I discovered that the broadband had now been totally disabled. I got through to the Hyperoptic helpline and was told that everyone knew the app was a total disaster zone and that I should have changed my password another way which I then successfully managed to do. Two hours wasted. (Judging by the number of one star reviews here, it doesn’t look like anyone cares enough to improve the service.)

Just A Storage Filler
Not having wifi at all is more useful than this app. Just shows a page telling you that it cant connect and no action will rectify it.
Useless
App doesn’t work it says make sure my router is connected and has a steady green light which it has and it’s working as usual, so it’s the apps fault
