The app worked at some point, but now I can’t get into my account, code is never sent.

Upgrade Downgrade
Would like the ability to upgrade my service through the app so I don't have to call and talk to a creepy Robot. Please add that feature to the app and why did you take away cash. It was really nice to every so often run my dad's car through and just hand them $ 10.00. Cash is king right..
