Bad customer service

Make sure when you cancel your membership that it is canceled because they will keep taking your money and tell you that you didn’t cancel!!

Account not linked to the web login

When I login with my phone or email on the website it works fine and shows my membership and visits. When I use the app, it shows none of that. So the app is nearly pointless to manage the garage.

Mod wash

The app itself works well enough. My issues is that even after I put in my information my membership doesn’t link. I wish it would so I could see the date the bill comes out, add other vehicles, and cancel from the app.

Doesn’t Work Everywhere

Downloaded the app… there are TWO locations in the area I work in, but neither are able to use the app. What kind of BS is this?!? It said try the app enabled locations in NJ or FL… I live in MD. 🙄
