Disappointed
My wife & I live in New Castle, Pa & the nearest Mod Wash is about 20 minutes away. She got a Mod Wash membership using a credit card & really enjoyed it. And since I work out of Lordstown, Oh & pass 2 Mod Washes on way to work I thought it would be nice to have a membership. So my daughter( a physician asst) that lives in Philadelphia, got me a 100$ gift card. Loaded it to app ( took about 20-25 min) & every time I went to wash my car had issues paying for services. The attendant was always helpful & 90% were courteous. However thru investigation I have found out not all Mod Washes are using the app & navigation of the app can be confusing & not clear. Why was an app that was not ready for system wide roll out put on line & used!!!! I am away from home about 60-65 hrs a week with my commute & job. Extremely upset with apps performance & sad that my daughter’s hard earned money was spent on such an aggravating & disappointing gift. Will just start using local car wash.

Make sure when you cancel your membership that it is canceled because they will keep taking your money and tell you that you didn’t cancel!!

When I login with my phone or email on the website it works fine and shows my membership and visits. When I use the app, it shows none of that. So the app is nearly pointless to manage the garage.
Mod wash
The app itself works well enough. My issues is that even after I put in my information my membership doesn’t link. I wish it would so I could see the date the bill comes out, add other vehicles, and cancel from the app.
