When I login with my phone or email on the website it works fine and shows my membership and visits. When I use the app, it shows none of that. So the app is nearly pointless to manage the garage.
Mod wash
The app itself works well enough. My issues is that even after I put in my information my membership doesn’t link. I wish it would so I could see the date the bill comes out, add other vehicles, and cancel from the app.
Doesn’t Work Everywhere
Downloaded the app… there are TWO locations in the area I work in, but neither are able to use the app. What kind of BS is this?!? It said try the app enabled locations in NJ or FL… I live in MD. 🙄
Doesn’t work
This app has never worked correctly for me. After stopping at one of the wash locations we got my vehicles to show, but they still aren’t connected to my monthly wash plan.

App is a scam
I put my information into the app, updated my billing payment information, and then went to go get watched. The car wash did not recognize anything and a manager at my local car wash said that the app does not work and simply teach your money. I had to pay a second time for a monthly subscription. Stay away from this app, and stay away from any payment information entered into it. Chances are you will never get your money back.

Do not use
I set up my monthly subscription using the app and it does not connect to their main system, meaning you visit for a wash and the attendants see subscription canceled. I emailed customer service per the location I visit on Friday, 3/27 and still haven’t heard back. So in the eyes of the main website and my local car wash, I have no subscription. Yet they charged my card. Next up will be a dispute and chargeback with my credit card company and a complaint to the BBB.

This company doesn’t know how to communicate and most locations don’t have access to your information. Complete joke.

Can’t reach anyone for assistance now I’m trying to cancel and can’t. I feel like I’m being robbed. The app does not work at all!
Not easy to navigate
I wanted to upgrade to family plan but could not figure out how to no customer service to call and no one preset to ask.
Bad customer service
Make sure when you cancel your membership that it is canceled because they will keep taking your money and tell you that you didn’t cancel!!
No communication
My membership says not valid even though all my info is there and the workers let me go through but no one ever answers the calls or emails

The app is not keeping track of my washes and says no membership, which is incorrect
Great idea poor execution
Contacted support via app with no response for over 1 week now related to quality issues. I joined over summer 2025 with 4 vehicles. Started out ok with a few billing issues. Got that resolved after 2 months. Lately wash has not been good and I am not receiving service options my membership level comes with. Toms River location service dropped substantially.

Great Service everytime I get my car wash here
Best please to get you car washed in the Allison Park Area. Easy to vacuum and even have towels (free) to clean the interior and wiping off outside for little water left. Employees are great and very friendly.
Apps don't work at any location
I got my membership on the app, went to the location down the street and they informed me the app does not work for any locations and I'd have to call. I've called and been on hold with no answer. He said the company is suppose to give them a code to use but they never have and are horrible to work with. Super disappointing

I took my car to get it washed. I was unhappy at the results. They don’t allow you to go back through.
