It used to work great but now I am getting g daily spam calls from my area code, not in my contacts

Doesn’t show info on numbers
Every person that calls or messages when I look up the number it only says personal line and gives no information. What’s the point of the app if it doesn’t give the name of the caller?
The only app that really does work for me!
I get triple the calls because I have 2 landlines forwarded to my cell. My phone is now doing a great job at filtering new calls but sometimes it does it for important calls as well, so, this app is more important than ever before because mixed in there there’s always one call from the doctor’s office or a business opportunity. When a number looks legitimate (almost familiar) I double check with the program so I don’t waste time and put my identity at risk. Well worth the subscription fee!!!
PS. I take the opportunity to thank the geniuses that wrote the software and my fellow members who constantly enrich the data with their input. Feels like family!

Update
It would be a lot more efficient as there was an option to copy and paste the reviews on Mr. number because a lot of the reviews are left in Spanish or other languages that a lot of people might not understand understand same with English. A lot of reviews are posted in English and I’m sure there are a lot of people that don’t understand understand English so There are people on both the English speaking side and the Spanish speaking side That can’t understand all the reviews. and so you have to type it out Word for Word on Google translate and go back-and-forth between the app to see what it says and it takes up way too much time and it’s inefficient to the user so maybe a copy and paste option available or a option available on the app so that I don’t have to spend so much time trying to translate the review going back-and-forth between the app to Google translate

This app has so many bugs and when you need help no one reaches back out. We need a customer service email.
Don’t install this version app because they don’t update
I bought the lifetime premium and they stopped updating the app three years ago. I’m never buying a Hiya app ever again. Waste of money.

can’t get it to work
i can’t seem to get the app to work and when i click on the help button it freezes. i had this app a long time ago and don’t remember having issues. i feel like i just waisted my money on this app because i’ve gotten no use from it and no way to get help.

I have just learned this app is being used for ESCORT services. Several escorts have confirmed they use it to screen the Men. Disgusting. This needs to be shut down.
