This app has so many bugs and when you need help no one reaches back out. We need a customer service email.
Don’t install this version app because they don’t update
I bought the lifetime premium and they stopped updating the app three years ago. I’m never buying a Hiya app ever again. Waste of money.

can’t get it to work
i can’t seem to get the app to work and when i click on the help button it freezes. i had this app a long time ago and don’t remember having issues. i feel like i just waisted my money on this app because i’ve gotten no use from it and no way to get help.

This app is advertised as a reverse lookup number but all it shows is a suggested place that int even right. There’s no help navigating or understanding this pointless app. DONT BOTHER WASTING YOUR MONEY

I have just learned this app is being used for ESCORT services. Several escorts have confirmed they use it to screen the Men. Disgusting. This needs to be shut down.

Changes disappointing
This was a great App but in the current version you cannot paste a number that calls you. Instead, you have to manually type it into the App. Very disappointing.
iOS features limited/ Comments are android only
I downloaded this app to see the comments for a few specific numbers. However, that feature is available only to android users. The iOS version only lets you call people and use a spam filter
