Poor Association with Technicians
I booked AC Uninstallation service with Mr Right app and the slot got booked for next day morning. I called the technician in advance to confirm if he is coming or not but he didn’t picked up the call.
As I was shifting from one flat to another, I got in trouble when technician didn’t showed up.
When I checked why my case got cancelled, it says that “the customer didn’t picked up the call”.
Very poor association of Mr Right app with Technicians.

Please register verified professional technicians who are well behaved with customers!

No pro available, for over a year now
I thought due to COVID, they stopped working and since I wasn’t successful repairing my home theatre else where, I installed this app again, after a year. But as expected, the app has completely been shut. Please remove it from the AppStore. Thanks

Do not install as the app itself is ripped as well as this startup. Booked online but canceled and repair is also like the cheap one. So do not repair your expensive one.

Even after coordinations with the vendor for two hours my booking got cancelled after passing the whole day . Worst experience ever . I would not recommend it to anyone . Booked a case for ac repair around 12 in noon and I got a slot for 3-6 and after waiting and coordinating after 5:30 I see my case got cancelled . The vendor Navdeep pal kept on saying that his ac engineer is not picking and kept on asking for some time. This made my whole day wasted and I could not call anyone else . Worst services

Fledgling app.
Mr right was unable to render service(advance payment made) nor reach their service Proffesional.
However the amount was duly returned in 15 days after email/ whatsapp exchanges with customer support. Needs to ramp up services before it can be recommended.

Amount deducted but service request rejected.
Not useful at all. The service charge of Rs. 499 has been deducted from my wallet but the request for AC service was rejected by the Admin.

My Ac compressor was not working he take the visit charge of 500 to check after than I call to install a split Ac he told it will be charge 1500 and before he came to see compressor he told ur compressor is not working so when u call me for next time your 500 rs will be deduct this is cheating

It is not advisable to rely for service through this app. I have requested service for my window AC & the mechanic is auto allocated but it was wastage of time to get service & rely on it. No update from assigned mechanic nor from support team.

Pathetic services. Appointments are not honoured. No accountability. Customer care is non existent. Prices are higher despite poor service co-ordination. Useless app and a laughable attempt at providing service. They are surviving because of lax laws in India and are getting away despite cheating customers. App store should remove apps that are getting so many negative reviews.
