I have been trying to do a payment from MY WALLET. I have added money but not reflecting and tired of chasing support services and reported issue multiple times.
No outcome.

تجربة سيئة جدًا على الآيفون. التطبيق لا يعمل بشكل جيد ولا يوجد دعم فعّال لمستخدمي الآيفون. الشيء الوحيد الذي يعمل بشكل طبيعي هو الدفع، وكأن هذا هو الشيء الوحيد المهم بالنسبة لهم. باقي الوظائف مزعجة وغير مفيدة. لا أنصح باستخدامه لمستخدمي الآيفون
Very disappointing experience on iPhone. The app barely works and lacks proper support for iPhone users. The only thing that functions reliably is the payment system, which feels like the only priority. Everything else is frustrating and unhelpful. Would not recommend unless you’re using a different device.
