Mediocre at best
The app does have an option for Face ID yet fails to remember my credentials so I am forced to enter username and password each time I open it.
Viewing the ledger forces you to select a date range in a most inconvenient UI.
Trying to attach a photo to a ‘message’ the app just hangs on ‘Uploading’ - that is for a simple 52 KB photo, and there is no way to cancel, just have to kill it.

Timeout is Annoying
App is constantly logging me out. My password is long and complicated. Very stupid that it logs off in just a few minutes.
Can’t attach photos
When trying to attach more than one photo. The app just loads and I have to close out of it. Makes it really hard to document anything with one photo.
Please update this app!
Great idea and very easy to message property managers, however it doesn’t upload maintenance photos properly, most of the time the it says ‘uploading’ and sits on the same page and doesn’t change at all. I have to exit and reopen the app, and re-write the entire message/title again, for the same thing to happen and I end up having to email the property manager with the issues - wasting a lot of my time. Very unreliable and frustrating. Please fix this issue.

Doesn’t display notifications
No notification when a new invoice is received. Even with notifications turned on there is no badge on the apps icon, no banner, no noise and no lock screen notification. This being the primary way my property manager is now contacting me this is terrible as I’m not getting emails (which I actually receive notifications for)

Won’t load
When submitting a maintenance request once you add the photo or try to add the photo it just continues to load and that’s all it does. Cannot go any further. I cannot go back just loads so in the end you cannot submit a maintenance request.
Can’t login the app - super frustrating
I can login through the web but I cannot login through the app. I have tried to change the password but every time it comes up with an error message very frustrating.
No register page
Downloaded this twice but it takes me straight to a login page, there’s no way to register first so can’t login . I try forget password and it says my email username doesn’t exist. No kidding but still doesn’t send me to a register page

This app is poorly designed for user friendly in mind, the app has sign in issues, consistently getting login errors when using Gmail for sso, when manually logging in I get the error no tenancy assigned.
Process a password reset on the very account and get access to the tenancy agreement, once logged out and back in, I get the error no current tenancy agreement assigned.
The app is sluggish when interacting with it, total waste of my time.

Hi, I’m trying to sign in through many different ways and It doesn’t seem to allow me, it says “invalid user” every time I try to sign in.. please fix this problem asap.

It crash all the time . So many defect and bugs . Waste of time app .
App has bugs
This app’s password reset feature is broken. The app is not validating my usual password. I use a password manager, so am 100% sure of my password. Yet login fails. Then, if you try to reset the password, although it sends a 6 digit reset code to my email, it won’t present a screen to enter that code. It always redirects to the login page. If you try entering the reset code instead of a password, authentication fails. Either way, I can’t login. And you can only log bug reports here in the App Store - not via the developers website. Buggy software, lousy UX.

Biometric login removed after update
The app forces you to update and after update, it removes the biometric login option. This is highly inconvenient for the users that do not use the app very often.

Unable to log maintenance.
Have been unable to log maintenance repairs on the apps for months on end. It either hangs on the uploading of the photo, or doesn’t give you any options to enter the service type.
Stupid App
I have been trying to download a rental ledger all day. Does not let me select the date or download the ledger. It is suspicious to see how it has so many 5 stars.
