What’s the point? Users are unable to adjust the font size. Article are unreliable.
Sign in problems
I keep signing in with my cable provider and then a few days later it logs me out. I attempt to sign in again with Directv but the page goes blank and won't let me log in or it lets me log in and then it goes back to the sign in page. This has been a problem ever since it changed to msnow. I give up.

Still Terrible
I find it incredible that no improvements have been made to this — easily the glitchiest app on my Apple TV. This MUST be affecting viewership and ratings. Fix it already!!!

No live shows!
I recently dropped my streaming service, so msnbc went away.
I thought that would be ok, because I new this app existed. So, I downloaded it and all I can find is snippets of shows! I can’t watch a full show the day after it was live, I can watch a half hour of an hour long show the next day, but then it switches to a different show! Not even close to what I thought it would be!

FIX THE COMMERCIALS!!!
The news part of this app is just fine. The shows work, the articles work, the videos work. But god help you if you listen to the live tv app during the work day. The same freaking commercial will play like five times in a row EACH commercial break all day long. It’s driving me insane. I’m so close to ditching this app all together just because of the commercials. Fix this!!!

This app used to work fine on my roku, but about a week ago it started giving error message after a few minutes of streaming !

Freezes on the Thank You screen
Tried to use it but the app freezes after the introductory privacy messages, whether you opt out or don’t.

I have switched providers numerous times to be able to get MSNBC/MSNBC NOW and still I am denied anyway to Rachel Maddow. So I will probably change again.
Don’t Upgrade
Never had a problem with podcasts until I upgraded to premium. Now they are available later in the day or not at all. Cancelled my subscription after two days. With MS Now, you get what you don’t pay for.
What happened to the great MSNOW experience? New management killed it!
So much is wrong with the site. I am perfectly happy to pay for a news site that works But not for one that forces the viewer to suffer through ads that they do not want an SD that seem to make the viewer take multiple extra steps to even get to the programming that they want! More and more I stream podcasts and substack programming to avoid the problems you have caused. Why?

Can’t open
Even with latest update, app doesn’t open—begins to and then crashes every time. Using latest iOS and iPhone 17 Pro.
App volume is too low!
I love the content but the volume on live streaming of the tv channel is set way too low. I have to put my Ipad volume all the way to maximum in order to hear the app at a reasonable volume. They need to fix this. It’s a problem.
Just The News, Please!
Downloading MS Now seems to include a platform full of other sites for something called “Versant”. I don’t want them shopping out their other brands to me, UNSOLICITED and UNWELCOME. Take your SPAM and stay away from the MS NOW app…or, say GOODBYE!
