The content is great but the absolutely non-stop commercials kill the experience. I find I go to podcasts more and skip the torture.
MSNOW LIVE
Fix MSNOW so I am actually watching live news not scrambling to find cuts from the show. When you show the word “Live” I expect live tv. The time posted on the screen is not live time. I am very disappointed & I regret switching to this from cable.
Preventing Users Who Stream
Can’t watch it anymore! Only for folks who can afford cable! Not for us poor folks who need to depend upon streaming news! LOVE ALJAZEERA! Much more honest and accurate reporting! MSNow shows the same story all day, with just different personalities, whom I did love, but what is the purpose of having an app that you CANT USE AND CANT EVEN BUY?

Horrible Since MSNOW Rebrand
No longer loads on Apple TV or iPhone. No clear way to get support as it's email-based, and no one responds. I tried DMing the MSNOW Instagram and still no response.
Super frustrating as the MSNBC apps worked flawlessly. Versant, do you realize linear TV and cable TV is dying? Do you realize streaming and app based consumption of content is the minimum bar for any media company? Do you realized that some of us don't want to watch 2 min snippets on YouTube? Do you realize customer service helps you...well, KEEP YOUR CUSTOMERS!

Terrible Maybe It's Time for AI
Ongoing terrible access even with my tv provider on apple ios devices. Maybe it's time for AI to take over for the tech team running this app development.
Missing a search feature
There is no search bar that allows me to look up the latest news on a particular topic. This seams like one of the most basic features to have. I don’t want to just scroll in hopes of finding what I’m looking for.
Font Size
What’s the point? Users are unable to adjust the font size. Article are unreliable.
Sign in problems
I keep signing in with my cable provider and then a few days later it logs me out. I attempt to sign in again with Directv but the page goes blank and won't let me log in or it lets me log in and then it goes back to the sign in page. This has been a problem ever since it changed to msnow. I give up.

I find it incredible that no improvements have been made to this — easily the glitchiest app on my Apple TV. This MUST be affecting viewership and ratings. Fix it already!!!

I recently dropped my streaming service, so msnbc went away.
I thought that would be ok, because I new this app existed. So, I downloaded it and all I can find is snippets of shows! I can’t watch a full show the day after it was live, I can watch a half hour of an hour long show the next day, but then it switches to a different show! Not even close to what I thought it would be!

FIX THE COMMERCIALS!!!
The news part of this app is just fine. The shows work, the articles work, the videos work. But god help you if you listen to the live tv app during the work day. The same freaking commercial will play like five times in a row EACH commercial break all day long. It’s driving me insane. I’m so close to ditching this app all together just because of the commercials. Fix this!!!

This app used to work fine on my roku, but about a week ago it started giving error message after a few minutes of streaming !

Freezes on the Thank You screen
Tried to use it but the app freezes after the introductory privacy messages, whether you opt out or don’t.
