Forcing notifications

Why are you forcing me to enable notifications in order to login to the website using the QR code?

Response from developer

Hi, We’re sorry for the inconvenience. We’re aware of this issue and plan to address it in one of the upcoming updates. As a temporary workaround, you can allow notifications for the app in your device’s system settings, then disable notifications inside the MSP360 Control app. After that, QR code scanning should be available without receiving app notifications. (except 2FA and RMM alerts if they were configured in Managed Console) Thank you for your feedback.

Stealing from me

Ripping me off by about $100 per month on my credit card. I can’t find them to cancel. My credit card says that I downloaded it for my company. I’m not a company. It’s just me and my phone. I’m going to start contacting fraud departments in every country until this is refunded. This must be a scam

Sings out ever day

Every single time I open this app it has signed me out, highly annoying!

Improving!!!

Keep up the great work and hope to see more from this app in the future!

No longer works for 2fa

Stopped presenting login notifications. No apparent way to fix the issue.

It’s good at what it does. But…

It’s good at what it does. It will monitor and notify you when backups complete and don’t complete, and you can start and stop plans right from the app.

But recently I had a backup fail, that runs multiple times a day. Any it notified me constantly. I had to turn off notifications as a whole, instead of being able to turn of that one backup plan.

The other side of that is the notification read/unread status. I now have over 100 unread backup failure notifications, that I can’t mark all in one fell swoop, as read. I would have to go through and manually view each one. It’s the same backup that been failing. Just let me silence it and delete all the notifications for it.

What happened to useful previous version?

This new look is useless, all of my server points are blue, I must click each to see status instead of before where I could zip thru and see them with zero clicking.. letting me go directly to non green status items. What makes this total app replacement better than before? Please bring previous version back as separate classic app while this one finds its purpose, it just looks unfinished yet released anyhow.

Do not use. Doesn’t work.

It still shows computers from years ago that have long since been replaced and purged.

Pretty pointless at the moment

Not very useful to be honest. Checking the status of old backups show 0 files backed up and 0 size when I know something has been backed up. Status of old backups also show as “running” which is obviously not true as they’re historic. Notification number on the app icon also changes randomly telling me I have a number of fictitious alerts. Maybe it’s an API issue? I’m sure it will improve over time but at the moment it just feels unfinished.

Time

Good app but there needs to be a way to fix the Timezone - it’s making life very difficult

Great idea

The app needs a bit of polish. We would suggest adding a time zone feature to make the backups easier to follow. A legend for the red green and yellow on the bars so we can get a better idea how to make the entire bar green. About 70 percent of the bars show the pc’s are off, but we can see they are on. We are looking forward to the next release of this product. This tool will be really valuable to us.

It’s ok.. but

Could use a setting to set current time location so you can check backups based on local time not server time.

Horrible

This app is just bad. Literally all the times and dates are zeros regardless of backup plan and when it was last run. The data this app gives you is actually worse than not having the data, because it’s false information leading you to believe cloudberry hasn’t worked properly. Sad.
