The app doesn’t work! Had to call to organise my return ride.
Shocking experience
System couldn’t retrieve my booking when we arrived (or anyones on our shuttle) - so we sat in the carpark for 20 minutes before we could leave with a 2 year old.
We now can’t book our return transport and we are unsure how to do this. Completely useless waste of time.
This is 2023 how can this tech be so bad?

Booked well in advance, Ap didn’t work to book departure time, phone number not answering, had to go to office in person. shuttle service late.
Booked 630 time slot didn’t get picked up till 7:50pm

No way to get in contact to find out eta as phone is always unavailable and don’t call back or send text to update if running late

App doesn’t work
Booked weeks in advance. When we were meant to get picked up system marked us as completed even though no one came and picked us up. We were waiting out in the cold for over an hour with all our luggage.
