Crash and canot open

A few days ago, I noticed that the app wasn’t functioning properly. Every time I open it, it crashes and closes automatically. I’ve already reported the issue to customer service via WhatsApp, but it wasn’t helpful. As of writing this review, the app is still inaccessible. Please fix it. I am using Iphone14Pro eith updated OS.
