Well, I’m not very good with computers. Although setting up this three camera Wi-Fi was wasvery easy for me and if I can do it ,,anyone can do it ,,the quality is Very satisfactory ,exquisite design,, The wire weather resistance hopefully we’ll stand to time the rubber Gromit for moisture fits tight. Well thought out,, I would have to give it a eight out of 10 ,,overall it’s user-friendly and I may upgrade to the better features at a later time,,

worst camera app dont get
Honestly everything about this app and there cameras suck not good at all i have a doorbell camera and it used to work fine till one day i just charged it and after that it stopped getting good wifi reception even tho it was the closest thing in the house to the wifi then don’t get me started on how 90% of the time that you have the sensitivity on make it feels like it dropped down to low instead it never catches motions right or record them for long enough its so stupid

Stop telling me what I want
I am fed up with this app and will now buy a different brand. I always wish to watch this camera feed until the battery requires recharging. It worked like that for MONTHS. Now it shuts off live feed after 10 minutes and there’s no way to disable this

Ease of use
Hi. I have purchased 2 of your camera. I’m not a young woman so I need things that are fairly easy to use and work. Your cameras do both. Thank you for making a quality product.
Use to be a good product.
I got one of your cameras 2 years ago…..started on an android, now it’s not accessible to androids anymore.
You can’t access the camera feed on multiple devices at the same time.
And it doesn’t save videos anymore. Now it only takes pictures of movement. Nobody wants a picture of an intruder when they break in…we want videos.
These products use to be less expensive than it is now and no one wants to pay all that money for 6 seconds of footage…only.
This is crazy. Do better for your consumers. Im getting ready to move to a different company just cause of EVERYTHING that yall keep changing.

Several issues
This app and I have a love hate relationship, it loves for me to hate it. Connectivity with 4 different MUBVIEW cameras are spotty and slow at the best of times and these cameras don’t compete with anything on 2.4g band. This app, for whatever reason can only be viewed on 1 device at a time. You use to be able to share them, it was nice, but I had to delete the app and reinstall to try to get my cameras to start working again, long story(and not all 4 came back even with their resets and reconfigurations) but the updates have gotten rid of the sharing ability. Best thing it had going for it, was that sharing ability, now it’s gone. It’s Not ideal, it’s a massive pain to continue to sign in anytime your spouse looks at the cameras.
I’ll be honest, this app and the cameras are more frustrating than reliable. You’ll have some good days but the frustration will win out. I’ve had 3 of these cameras for 2 yrs and 2-3 months so they are out of warranty, the fourth is still in the 2 year warranty for a month and it hasn’t worked in 2 months, trying to get a replacement or a refund. If I get told the cameras don’t work on 5G again as the standard and first response to it’s not working, I’ll scream, because evidently that’s the only answer they like to give you.
Just save yourself, save your sanity and find something else. I get the whole no subscription appeal, it’s what I loved, but let me save you time and energy, keep looking! Hope this helps!

All of my devices disappeared suddenly.
The app has been having issues for some time now. When I select event recording it used to only record motion alerts. Now it records everything in the timeline if you scroll you can view as if all day recording was on though in history it’ll only show you the actual motion events. Secondly, two days ago all my devices suddenly disappeared and I cannot view any of my cameras any longer. Now all of my cameras and doorbell are completely useless at this point.

Can’t play PiP iPhone
We’ve loved our camera as a baby monitor but the only negative is that an Android allows you to multitask while still viewing and the iPhones won’t give me that option. Aggravating to have to carry around a screen just to keep in view
