Embarrassing app
This is an embarrassingly bad app with so many bugs. Multiple times a month I just can't login despite using the same password. Then when I try to reset the password, it tells me it can't. And each time I have to contact them to help me fix this. It's embarrassing because this is one of the top dry cleaning services in San Francisco, the heart of advanced tech, and yet this company cannot invest in creating a bug-free app. Embarrassing all around.

Unusable app, lockers don’t work
Was excited since these are available in my building but the app doesn’t work, wouldn’t take my cc. Out of 6 lockers only one was usable. Terrible waste of time.
They have NO pickup ETA
They won’t let you know exactly when they’re coming so it’s anytime from midnight of that day to midnight of the next day and they don’t send a text to update you. You can’t schedule a specific timing and you’ll keep getting notifications you missed it. I’m going to try to find a more logical business who clearly knows how mind numbing and moronic this is from a customer experience standpoint.
