What’s New in MultiLine 5.01.02 This release delivers a major update to the MultiLine experience on iPhone and iPad, with a refreshed design, unified conversations, expanded WhatsApp capabilities, and improvements to calling and connectivity. iOS 26 Liquid Glass Experience MultiLine has been updated to support the Liquid Glass design experience in iOS 26, with refreshed navigation, controls, layouts, and improved support across Light and Dark modes. Unified Conversations Stay on top of client communications with a more streamlined conversation experience across supported channels, including SMS, MMS, WhatsApp, Voicemail, WeChat, and LINE. Unified Conversations makes it easier to see the communication history with a contact, understand context, and continue the conversation without navigating between separate channel views. Expanded WhatsApp Experience MultiLine now provides a richer WhatsApp experience for business communication. Where enabled by your organization, you can use your Movius business number as your WhatsApp identity, giving clients a consistent business number across calling, SMS, and WhatsApp. WhatsApp now supports: • Images and photos • Videos • Voice notes and audio • Documents and files • Contact cards • Location sharing • Delivery and read receipts Native WhatsApp Group Messaging Create and participate in governed WhatsApp group conversations with up to 8 external WhatsApp participants, where enabled by your organization. Group messaging supports participant management, notifications, messaging, and supported media and attachments. Improved Calling Calling has been enhanced across key everyday scenarios, including: • Hold, resume, swap, and merge • Bluetooth and wired headsets • CarPlay • GSM call interruptions and recovery Smarter Connectivity Advanced Wi-Fi helps maintain calling and messaging by automatically switching to cellular data when Wi-Fi connectivity becomes unstable or unavailable.
